I take 4 of these a day along with 5000 mg of very high quality fish oil. I used to take a different brand but these work much better. Much better than the juice, too. Sometimes I do drink the tart cherry juice as well as these supplements. These are a great quality and a good deal for 1200 mg and 120 tablets. Try them! They even help my bone on bone knee! Not a miracle worker mind you but I do notice a huge difference.

Great vitamin at a fair price.

I bought these based upon the recommendation of a family remember who told me that tart cherry would help with a big toe that occasionally has a gout flareup. I've been taking these for about a month and so far so good. I've not had a major gout flareup and the pain in the big toe that's always there has diminished. The proof in the pudding will be when I have my uric acid levels checked.

My 7 year old daughter has an autoinflammatory disease called PFAPA. She has been getting regular flares every 26 days since she was 18 months old. Flares come with 106 degree fevers, severe body aches, upset tummy, and exhaustion that last 5 days or so. Nothing helped. She was misdiagnosed with infections and given antibiotics for years, then prednisone to reduce the inflammation, which was not an ideal remedy! We started giving her one of these tart cherry supplements every night last December. She had one more fever in March, and hasn't had one since! 8 months without these awful fevers is such a miracle!

I take this as an alternative to drinking tart cherry juice because it is cheaper. I am a distance runner and want to protect my joints. I have had great success with taking these and have even recommended them to friends and family. This particular brand is my favorite from Amazon because they are reasonably priced and I do notice a difference after taking them regularly. I have tried other more expensive brands but this is the one that I keep going back to.

I bought this to help with arthritis inflammation and joint pain. I stopped using glucosamine because without it I noticed no difference. I do notice a difference. As much as it helps, I do have alot of inflammation. Therefore the Tart cherry only helps with some. All tart cherry only helps some. That being said. Each supplement effects everyone different.

And therefore didnt purchase again. I'm writing this review after finishing the whole bottle between my mom and me. 1 capsule per day each person. Neither of us experienced alleviation of pain in inflammed joints (we run twice a week).
