Weider XR 6.1 Multi-Position Weight Bench with Leg Developer and Exercise Chart

This is a good bench for the value. We’re not gym rats and don’t lift hundreds of pounds but It is plenty sturdy for our home gym.

Ive read reviews that it was not sturdy, but maybe people arent putting it together right, or tight enough. Its sturdy

This isnt a hardcore weight bench but it does the trick in a small space and lighter weights are being used. I have an olympic bar on it and it works. The leg piece is a little rudimentary and basic but if you want to do ham curls its sufficient for light weights. Easy assembly. The bench itself is a little flimsy tho. If you lift heavy its not for you.

The leg lift arm pivot needs to have different pin slots to adjust for leg length! One size does not fit all. The bench pad cushions are flimsy crap. Please investigate Total Gym to see how to do bench pad legit! Joe Weider's reputation for quality is tarnished by this product.. Would gladly trade and pay more $ improvements to help remove tarnished reputation. Arnold might possibly agree.

The weight bench is a great starter bench for someone who can't lift a lot of weight yet. It's actually quite small, and it feels uncomfortable for my size. I'm 5'10, and I have trouble sliding under the bar. It seems a bit wobbly, even though everything is tightened. Overall, it's inexpensive and is great starter equipment, but if you are serious about working out and looking to really lift some heavy weights, I'd probably look at other options. It's not a bad little bench, but I feel it would work better if I were a teenager.

It was fairly easy to assemble. Very comfortable.

Wieder has been a name around a long time. So, when I saw this bench I thouht Id try it out.Its small. Too small. The cross bar for barbell is super narrow and where the bar rests is right where you want your hands to be if you are over 5 feet tall!Super disappointed
