This book has no copyright, no publisher, and quite obviously no editor. It was a cumbersome read, with significant errors on almost every page. This included grammatical errors (commas, plurals, basic sentence structure) to syntax errors (wrong words, missing words, and some non comprehensible "sentences") to basic formatting errors (inconsistent chapter sequences, missing numbers in lists, etc). The back cover of the physical paperback book even includes a "clickable" link. The author should have used his first million to hire an actual publisher instead of printing on his own! All that aside, the book does provide an elementary overview of AirBNB investing, as expected, with 4 or 5 nuggets of real, helpful specific information mixed in. To really make milliona at this game, you will need to continue your education beyond this book alone.
