It was challenging to do but my granddaughter loved it

The media could not be loaded.  This kept my grown up son busy for a few weeks. He has done some lovely cross-stitch previously but this was his first latch hook kit. He made it look simple. He removed the cushions velvety backing to make it easier for himself and when completed he stitched it back on.It looks beautiful and was well received by his Grandmother who loved the fact that he had made it all by himself with her in mind.My son says the instructions were easy to follow, and the kit had everything he needed with some strands left over in every colour also he didn’t need to remove the cushions backing to complete it, he just wanted to.The completed cushion cover is large, very huggable and tactile plus it has a good zip, He filled it with an old cushion that was spare.

I chose this as my first hook & latch project because it looks like one of my cats, Geoff ! The pattern was easy to follow. I bought cushion pads from Amazon too and it looks great - Geoff thinks it's great ! Lovely looking project when finished. I'm on my next one now !

Arrived promptly. Easy and satisfying activity to do whilst watching television during lockdown. Wool colours were a little more garish than expected, but almost completed now and will be an amusing addition to my living-room cushion collection.

High quality Yam and Friendly to beginnerThe clear instructions let me quickly grasp how to use it. This project is very friendly to beginners.I am not good at handwork, but I want to make something for my dad myself, and his birthday iscoming. It took me 7 hours to complete the pillowcase. I feel so good! The well-made pillowcaseis very textured. I am satisfied with my work!and I bought another color for my mom, she must love this project!

I have started this lovely cushion only to find its 2squares short I unpicked it and did it again but it's definitely short on cushion so have had o omit two rows of pattern thought would let you know in case you have similar problem I love thes cushions first time this has happened .

Love the quality of this cushion and the vivid colours. A real joy to do. Some crafts are cheaply made this isn’t. Clear instructions. Quality wool. Great to see the colours changing as you progress. A really great medium term project unless you’re in lockdown, and have much more time on your hands. Have ordered more cushion kits.
