To be clear, I don’t use this to style my edges… I use it as more of a “finishing” styler to tame fly-aways and achieve the slickest ponytail/bun as possible!

All I can say is Holy Grail! This is the best edge control I have used since I have been using edge control, lol. This stuff has a cement like hold that still leaves your hair soft, but tamed. It's not like the old gel that when it finally drys, it's flaky and stiff. This stuff is amazing. I passed on using a wax stick on my lace frontal because I had this! Seriously! This stuff is amazing.

Bought this for my granddaughter. She is 7 years old, half black and half white, 4C hair and has low porosity hair. This works pretty good.

It does not work well for edges for individuals with a 4c curl pattern and whose hair is natural. I found myself applying layers every hour for to the humidity outside. Plus it leaves this white residue which is not an attractive look.
