LollyWaffle Belgian Waffle Mix, 1 Lb.

I have been on a hunt for the best tasting waffle/pancake mix. Still have not found it.I put vanilla in the mix, I put pecans in the mix, but never that Belgium taste. I kind ofhave given up and will just get them at a restaurant.

I had the chance to try this mix, courtesy of LollyWaffle, and this makes a good waffle. It's easy to use, just add water, mix, and pour into the waffle machine. Because there's nothing else to add, you can make as little or as much as you want. Make one waffle or make 10. Just add water.It does have a very slight sweet taste to it, which went well with a variety of toppings. I tried the waffle with butter and syrup, with fresh sliced strawberries and whipped cream, and with cinnamon flavored honey and thin apple slices (as a sandwich). All tasted delicious with the waffle.If you have one of those stick waffle makers, this would make a great on-the-go breakfast, too.
