I guess there's a reason this is the #1 foot cream. It got absorbed quickly, leaving only moisturized skin, not feeling oily. That's one of my pet peeves about foot cream. They are greasy and slippery. Not this one. This winter has been harsh and it's taken a toll on my feet. After washing my feet thoroughly and drying them completely, I slather this cream all over and put on socks.

Works well for my feet. I use it at nice. Very moisturizing

Excellent cream - thick and unscented, works great on the heels - they feel softer just in a couple of days.

Works good but try not to use a lot or it will make you very sticky but this is great for really dry feet this brand is amazing

Excellent product for relief of dry cracked feet. For added relief consider O’Keeffe’s with lidocaine.

This stuff works wonders!!! For as long as I remember I have been so insecure about my cracked / dry heals. It wasn’t until being postpartum my feet got WORSE!!! I’ve tried everything . All the natural remedies to specific feet / healing lotions nothing worked…. I bought this out of desperation with little hope that this would do anything … OH how I was wrong! I will never not buy this stuff . I’ve been using this for about a week twice a day and my feet have improved so so much! For as cracked as they were , I thought if it did do anything it would have taken months instead of a week! My only con of this item is it took almost a month to get here (even with prime)

This works good it's not smooth to put on you have to work at it a little spread it around rub it in put a pair of socks on and go to bed you'll see the difference in the morning

Bought this O’Keeffe’s Healthy Feet foot cream after having foot surgery as my foot became extremely dry from not being allowed to get it wet while the stitches were healing. The cream is quite thick but it soaks in really well and doesn’t leave a greasy feeling. I noticed a difference quite quickly – the dry, tight skin felt much more comfortable and softer after using it. It helped restore moisture and left my skin feeling much more supple. A little goes a long way and it’s been really helpful during recovery. I’d definitely recommend it if you’re dealing with very dry feet.

He usado cremas para pies de muchas marcas, pero esta es, sin duda, de las mejores. En pocos días 3-4 ya tenía los talones perfectos y ahora que viene el buen tiempo tengo los pies perfectos para usar las sandalias con talones bonitos. Aplico en todo el pie, pero lo que más noto, son los talones lisos. Se absorbe enseguida y se gasta poca cantidad ya que es fluida la crema, sin duda, repetiré la compra.

Compre esta crema después de revisar varios productos similares. Después de 3 o 4 días de uso, mis pies son otra cosa. Casi podría cobrar por dejar que la gente los acaricie, de lo suave que quedaron. La piel de un bebé no compite en nada contra mis talones suavecitos. Aún hay que esperar algunos días para estar al 100%, pero ya estoy pensando que haré cuando mis pies sean perfectos. No tengo duda, esta crema es milagrosa.
