Standard universal remote, too many features for my liking but does the job. Easy to program and has worked perfectly for me.

Piece of junk.
Piece of junk. Sure it has 1000 codes. Tried EVERY code for my RV unit (all 1000 of them) & not one of them worked. Took me hours. Finally said forget it, paid $100 for a Carrier remote, put batteries in it, pushed the button & it turned on right away. These "universal remote controls".....DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY...OR TIME...DIDN'T WORK FOR ME !

Good product
Works with out a flaw all of the time. It was not easy to find the correct code but once it was found no problems.

kinda bulky and square feel but connects to my ductless ac without any issue.

$25 up in smoke!
It was really nice of them to include the batteries with this unit. But, considering the fact that the thing did absolutely nothing, not even that was enough to keep me calm. I'll take the loss of $25 rather than aggravate myself further with this company.
