Very cheap, and the quality shows. I paid four bucks, so I'm not going to complain too much about the build quality.The base sits in my vent just fine. The range of motion for the cradle is limited. The vent just left of my steering wheel faces outwards (to the left) just a bit. The cradle is swiveled all the way to the right, and it's not enough. I can see the phone, but it's nowhere near perpendicular to my eyes.I tried using the vents in the center of my dash, but those angle downwards just a bit. With the cradle swiveled all the way up, it's still not enough.The actual mechanism that grabs and releases the phone is far from smooth. It does feel like it's going to break one day from snapping the phone or releasing it. But what can I say... it was four bucks. If it were ten bucks, I would have given this 1 star.

I bought this for my mother's friend. It came with no instructions so I had to put it together fro them based on the picture. It wasn't hard for me but they had trouble. The knob that loosened the holder so that you could adjust the angle also held the part together. If you forgot which way you were turning it the whole thing loosened ad fell apart. Once you got the holder put together and installed it was fine but you have to be carful adjusting the angle.

Its exacty what i wanted but i got it today, was excited to try it out and when i went to tighten the joint to position the phone (bc it was turning in every direction), the joint totally came apart made the whole thing into 5 pieces. Im currently trying to figure out how to put it back together but i found that the screw is too short to go thru all the parts. I dont know what to do, im so frustrated bc i was so happy at first and now im upset that it broke on the first day. If i cant figure it out, im going to have to send it back, which is a hassle. Had i been totally satisfied, i would have left a positive review.

Absolute crap. Item arrived damaged and unusable. I returned the item expecting a full refund but received a insulting .99 cent refund instead. The materials are cheap and worthless. Had I been able to assemble the broken product I highly doubt it would have supported my phone.

It is very hard to install and didn't fit 2 out of my 3 cars. Good idea in theory but not very good.

Save ur money..just garbage. 99 cents stores dont carry this ...its too cheap .

This has nifty connection points and is priced right
