Great Product for a Travel Trailer
The unit does NOT come with screws but is great for a camper due to the small depth and the unit being pre-wired.As mentioned in an answered question, make sure you wire it correctly. My old unit had black and red wires. This unit has black and white wires. So i assumed to connect black with black, and red to white, but that didn't work. After rewiring, it worked. The black wire from the unit is now wired to the red wire of my travel trailer, and white to black. I also added a mini fuse holder (15A) between the unit and the travel trailer wiring as well. I had previously used a multimeter to check for voltage going to the dead unit, so when it didn't work, I knew either the wiring was backwards, or the unit was defective. Thankfully it was the wiring. If you look closely you can see the small LED light on. It stays on continuously but is not obtrusive. So far so good. I'll update the feedback if something happens on our upcoming trip. .

Both ports NOT 12 Watt
I bought two of these and to my surprise, only one port used 12 watts of power while the other used about 6 watts. The description kind of alludes to this stating "12W (One ports)" obviously mixing "one" singular and "ports" plural and misleading. Regardless, see my pictures and the current draw for each port. As shown in the photos, with the green LED to the right, the bottom port is higher powered than the top port. I didn't measure the actual current supplied to the iPad since I didn't want to cut up my power cable to do so. The device does get warm when charging so a portion of the power mentioned is lost in heat. Also, as mentioned in an earlier review, white wire is negative and black wire is positive. Good Luck

Perfect for under cabinet mounting.
So I ordered 2 of these at first to install over head in the bedroom of our RV. One worked for about 10 min and stopped! So I did a return. When I went to replace it I found a loose wire, it was not the charger. So I repaired it and installed the replacement amazon sent me, overhead between my couch and dinette. I am very happy with them buts it’s only been a week. Time will tell.I believe I used 1 1/4” hole-saw drill bit. They are a perfect fit/depth for under cabinet mounting in the same dead space as my lighting fixtures and switches. I’m guessing whom ever designed it had that in mind!Update 1/18/2021 still going strong after 2 full months of charging iPhones every night, highly recommend!

Stopped working after a few days
I installed this in my camper for extra USB cables - fairly simple install - find 12 volt to tie into, splice in and your good to go. After about four days, it wouldn't charge. Luckily I had a spare and was able to swap it out for another one, but a waste of money.

Good for charging smartphones and tablets.
Install these in my camper. Tied into 12 volt source and now my wife and I can both charge our devices right next to our bed. I also operate a small USB fan to keep cool.

Updating interior.
I mounted two of these in an old RV to give me more options when charging phones and lights. Simple installation and good instructions.

Works amazingly and very easy to install
Third one I have bought, one of which my puppy chewed :/ had to put a decorative extension due to rv wiring. However it is the perfect size to just be used as a shelf

Easy install quick charge for cell phones
Used two in the custom entertainment center build in my camper renovation. Worked perfect. And fast charge for phones not so hot for IPADS.
