Classic Viewmaster Viewer 3D Model L in RED

It worked fantastically!! We had the new fangled kind but this one brought back the good old fashioned 3D beautiful picture that comes to life when you view it! Thanks for a great product.

I bought 6 of these for my kids birthday party goody bag. I enjoyed it when I was a kid and thought it would be a great toy for kids.Pros:1. 3d view of photos(animals, space shuttles, nasa photos etc)2. No batteries3. can build a collection of slides over time4. light weight and a 2+yr old can hold it comfortably5. InexpensiveCons:1. Will need to keep buying new slides2. may be uncomfortable for kids with glasses.

I have been looking for a view master for quite a while. I was looking in the wrong place, finding the old ones that were fragile and now running about $50. each! I was very happy to find a new one on Amazon! It is clean, durable and very affordable. I have had a great time looking through all my childhood viewmaster wheels. I am 54 years old, so when my family went on vacation we bought viewmaster pictures every place we went.

I was delighted to purchase a pair of Viewmasters for my granddaughter and myself! One of the bonuses was being able to not only to find traditional reels like dinosaurs, bugs, jungle animals, etc., but also contemporary themes like Dora and Thomas the Train!Generally, I have to work the grandpa magic to seat the reels correctly in the Viewmaster to get them to rotate for a three year old who so wants to do everything herself.I would highly recommend this product to anyone who would like to use low and traditional technology as entertainment for the whole family.

Hmmm- the idea is right, the execution is brittle and a bit thin. Lining up the picture wheels took just a deep breath and deliberate action.. BUT it was loved at the holidays! My granddkids don't have anything to compare it to and I'll keep my comments to myself. Had to go on a 'hunt' to find...

I bought this to work with many original reel disks I had saved and it does. In the view there is an extra border around the picture that makes the view a little smaller than the original. To me it is overpriced but was important that it works with the original reels.

Timeless. Very simple to use and the results are perfect.

Cheaply made and does not actually work. You may get a glimpse of a photo once, but it doesn't turn the mini reel at all. Super cheaply made and way over-priced
