Super cream!
Really good hand cream, I have suffered with cracked skin on my hands for years. I use this once at night (or during the day if my hands are sore) and the barrier is extremely effective also nourishes my skin. Highly recommend this!

The consistency of the formula has changed...?
I've been buying this since before it was aired on the TV show Dragons Den and I usually order this from their direct website. I needed a replacement tub quickly so I ordered from Amazon as there was a price offer on and delivery was more appealing with the next day option...but something has changed with the formula. I don't quite know what it is as the ingredients are the same as per the tub labels, but it seems much thinner now compared to the original thick, creamy texture it used to be. It's definitely a different consistency in texture. It smells the same and seems to work the same but I'm not a fan of the change. I've found myself reaching for it less whereas before it would come everywhere with me and I would use it religiously. It's still great for skin protection. I use it for dermatitis, dry elbows, as a moisturizer, a hand cream after washing them etc. Due to the consistency change, I'm getting through the pot a lot quicker than usual despite using it less.Regardless of the issue I have with the change, the product itself is great value and I will continue to use it as it has not failed me in years.(Amazon also advertised the same promise to support a nurse with every purchase which I like).

Not Just for Nurses!
I’m struggling to write this review on my phone with my (now) delightfully soft little hands. When you have sensitive skin and you’re continually washing your hands throughout the day, the result is dry, cracking skin that stings like hey when you put any kind of scented hand cream on… Ouch!I’d tried multiple hand creams, coconut butter, sudacrem, so many different things that didn’t do the trick. The search is officially over, I read the reviews on Amazon for Nursem and thought I’d give it a go. The result… I’m never using anything else again. When it first arrived I thought the pot was tiiiiiny (50ml) and figured I’d be through it in a week. This was before I realised that unlike other creams, you don’t need a gallon to hydrate your skin. A little really does go a long way with this (and I’m not shy with how much I use)! The cream itself has quite a thicker/dry texture (compared to really wet slime-like cream) but it rubs in really easily, like your skin just drinks it up. No more sitting with your hands in the air, trying not to touch anything with creamy hands 🙌It would be wrong to say there wasn’t a very very slight oily feel after it’s been applied, but compared to other creams, I’ll take it!The smell… It’s really hard to describe as it’s so faint. I have to literally shove my nose in the tub to get a proper whiff. It’s definitely not fragranced, just more medically/neutral smelling. For me the smell is not unpleasant, it doesn’t bother me or my partner at all. But, I’m sure some due to personal taste some may not find it as neutral. If you’re struggling with dry/sore hands I would 100% recommend, I’ll be searching online to see if I can find a bigger pot. If not, I’ll be stocking up with lots of little tubs of miracle cream 👍
