The bonding surface must be kept absolutely clean and dry. It can be washed with alcohol or acetone. The surface after cleaning can be pasted with adhesive tape after the solvent has completely evaporated. It can also be baked with a baking gun or a hair dryer for better heating and pasting. 2. During operation, avoid the contact between fingers and the rubber surface. After pressing, you must press hard to ensure the full contact and wetting of the rubber surface. 3. This acrylic pure glue has a poor initial tack. It will be effective for 24 hours (please do not touch the water within 24 hours after pasting). After 24 hours, it is like replacing welding. How to Use 3M in Cold Weather: In some area, it is very cold and requires a hair dryer to heat it. Do not pull immediately after attaching it. You can find a commonly used transparent glue to fix it. After 24 hours, remove the transparent glue. Do not pull it after 24 hours. It will not be removed after 24 hours. It will not fall for a lifetime if you operate like this. For the perfect effect, please try as above.

It is good but I was expecting a stronger bond.
I was hoping that this would be as strong as the individual pads sold for action cameras. I was wrong, but it still has its uses. It's great for a non-permanent bond, e.g. sticking LEDs to places, or arranging electronics in an enclosure. Wouldn't use for sticking action camera on helmet / vehicle. I still have to find a technique to avoid touching the adhesive surface when working with it.
