I ordered a package of 2 of these in August so it's way past Amazon's 30 day return guarantee, so I'll complain here. I had a need for this size tape today, opened the package and inserted into my Ptouch printer. All of my print has white lines running through it. I took the cartridge out and looked it over. The film that produces the print is horribly wrinkled. I assume that is what is causing the lines of no print. I printed the label a dozen more times hoping things would straighten out. It did not improve. Lesson learned. I just ordered a genuine Brother version of this item. -- I'll throw these away.

From past experience I have learned that Unistar label tape replacements are as good or better than the Brother ones they replace, and this size is no exception. If anything, it seems the larger tapes are easier to substitute as they are less likely to jam up coming out of the cartridge.I printed samples from this cartridge and an identical Brother cartridge, and the only difference I could see was the backing paper was a little stiffer on the Unistar. Once peeled off, there was no difference that I or my coworkers could see.I will be buying these in the future. While I generally like to stick with OEM expendables, getting the same great quality for significantly less is too hard to pass up.
