Love this cheese

I agree with the sole (as of this writing) other reviewer on here: I didn't care for the taste, either. I gave it three stars because of the pure ingredients (no junk added), but the taste is not good at all (and I have a sophisticated palette, if I do say so myself). In fact, I honestly was even wondering: is this spoiled somehow? But no, I think (I hope!) that is just the taste. I would go with one of their, or another brand's, other varieties!

Hard to find words for this flavor. One I know I wouldn't use is "pleasant". Downright odd taste. Bonus star for, as others have noted, quality ingredients.
