This is a quality piece of clothing. It can be a dress, a cover-up or a blouse with jeans or leggings. The rayon fabric is substantial and moves beautifully in this flowing piece. It would be suitable for ANY size woman. I wear a 2X in order to have enough room across the bust and hips and this has room to spare on me.The hand made batik design was made by a real master with crisp, clean lines and subtle shading, adding to the overall beauty.This is the quality kaftan style that you would find at a high end department store. The seams are well sewn and threads tied off. No hanging threads anywhere.I hand washed in tepid water and rinsed with cold, squeezed the water out, gave it a good shake to flatten the fabric out, threw it in the dryer on medium and let it fully dry. It came out buttery soft and wrinkle free. This piece had a very small amount of dye in the water after the wash. I also bought the reddish purple one and that had quite a lot of dye release, but I worked through the hand wash and rinse quickly, shook it and dried it and there was no bleeding into other colors to spoil the design. I will continue to hand wash these as it only takes a few minutes and they dry very quickly in the dryer. There was no shrinkage.I wore the shirt out today and received several compliments and even saw a smile or two on the faces of people I passed.Ordering more of these and a long dress as well. These are worth much more than you are paying.

I am an African Queen lol..... I am 5'2 and weigh 120. I love caftans and do find that it is hard to find them in my sizing.. but thats okay. I don't mind oversized looks. This caftan is very comfortable and so beautiful. I have ordered a few more now to wear outside. I style it with my Zulu inspired choker and red lipstick. I probably will wear some flats. I am excited to receive the others. I love that I don't have to worry about extreme wrinkles. I highly recommend these to even relax at home. I live in very hot weather. These are so cool. The material looks and feels great. The patterns are beautiful. Definitely opaque enough to wear outside of the house. I highly recommend.

As I have similar in the black dress -I knew this would be a winner -It wears and drapes beautifully -Perfect for our Mexican heat wave -Can be worn with or without leggings -Could easily take you to a fine dining restaurant (with classy jewelry) as well as to a beach bar-Love it!!!!

I was excited to get this cover up because I fell in love with design and colors. I was hoping it would cover my 55 years old not-so-perfect-anymore knees. I am 5'8, 200 lb, boxy figure with long legs. Unfortunately, it didn't. It fell just 1" above my knees. Nice length laterally though. It might look perfect on someone not as tall as me or someone who wouldn't mind her knees exposed. Wish it would be 4-5 inches longer in front. Sadly, returned.

Very high quality silk. Beautiful and comfortable to wear. Not very breathable, so wear on a cool day.

The length was long enough for me to wear it with black leggings and heels to a church event (where the attire was African inspired). I received several compliments. The material quality is very good. Worth the price!

I really like this caftan although I will not be using it as a bathing suit cover. I have been wearing it around the house. It is somewhat long for me. I am 5' 2". It moves well and the material is so comfortable. It is also loose fitting. I especially enjoy wearing it around the garden and pool.
