It is a simple one, not bad, but not so great either. It has a fixed vertical size, and I would not recommend it for people taller than 1.75m (5'8''). I'm using it for training purposes basically. Could be a thicker material.

Straps are way too small. These barely fit on the backboard - no way they could be used to secure anyone securely. Straps need to be at least a foot longer at the bottom and 18" in the middle and top.

Not one strap is adjustable they are all sown in place and there is no tether to secure the straps for storage.

I bought 3 pair of these spider straps, as our old set is showing wear from years of use, these wouldn't secure any average sized atult to a backboard or scoop stretcher. Don't waste your money like we did

Fell apart setting in the sun within a year and had to be replaced.

This is not for an adult. I think it does fit a pediatric backboard.

These straps are so short that they barely reach the handles on the long spine board, even with small patients! Also, you cannot adjust the straps up and down. I've been in EMS for 30 years and this is one of the worst products I've seen. A waste of money!
