Quena Andean Flute
Beautiful, well-made flute. Difficult to begin playing, but probably worth the time if you truly want to succeed at this musical instrument. I returned it only because it was so difficult to get any sounds out of it.

Tried and tried, I can’t play it.
It’s nicely made and I’ve had it for two years now and the wood is stable. However after trying to make a sound on this on and off over a period of months, blowing across the notch (it has no reed) with every conceivable angle and force or lack of force, I concluded that there must be something incompatible about my face or lip shape for use with this particular instrument. I cannot make a tone come out of this thing no matter which way I blow across the notch. I even tried a compressed air gun and that didn’t produce a flute sound.

Great value
Great quena, especially for the price! I can play the second octave and it sounds really nice and in tune. I’m just a hobbyist so I can’t vouch for whether it is professional quality. It has a very durable and glossy coating/lacquer on it so it should last and is very shiny. Customer service is really responsive too.

Great product
I got in love with all the Ecuatorian and Peruvian songs played with Quena in YouTube. that led me to buy my Quena and I love this instrument. I am able to play some short songs with it. The melody that comes out this is lovely. I am planning to buy another in a different note.When it comes to the quality of the instrument there is not complaints, the only complaint would be that its decorative cords fell off. Other than that, it is a great buy.

Beautiful but Simple
This was a pleasant surprise. It's quite beautifully made. It'll take time to play just poorly. It's tough to learn but with patience and time, can be done. It helps pass quarantined time in the house.
