Very thick fabric. That's great for keeping oil splatter away. Perfect fit for a woman's body- flatters my figure. It's a male dominated field but I'm proud to be a professional, hardworking woman. Fabric resists stain sand fading. Looks crisp after repeated washings. The sewing is top quality.I highly recommend to any female chef!
