This sharp stainless steel dual julienne vegetable peeler is my newest most favorite kitchen utensil. In just one exceedingly sharp, sturdy tool, you can effortlessly turn carrots into "noodles" or Julienne masterpieces to present as a new way of making cooked carrots. This is going to make preparing shredded carrots for baking carrot cakes so much easier and considerably faster because of how fast the peeler works. It literally whipped through a full-size carrot in seconds. I can see all kinds of uses for this: rather than just slicing various vegetables for a salad, I can now make a vegetable noodle salad that will be inviting to eat and pretty to look at.
