Works fine but didn't really get used. I found it was an expensive tool the wasn't that important as I first thought. But it worked.

I love this product - the best thing is that it has temperature settings. I have purchased similar products and had difficulty with the stylus getting too hot and discoloring the wax. I really love the texture effects I can get with the brush tip. The problem is the wires of the brush tip came off (see photo). It’s like they are not even fastened into the tip. I’d like to purchase more brush tips - can I purchase them separately?

The device itself is fine. Temperatures are consistent and work well with various encaustic paints and medium.The problem is with the attachments / nibs. I used the brush nib 1 time for about ten minutes on the low heat setting. The brush grabbed paint very well, but with each very light handed stroke metal hairs were left in the paint that i laid down. Upon reloading the brush, more metal hairs planted in the paint.The second problem is that replacement nibs as well as other nibs that were not included, don’t appear to be available which makes the tool useless.

The brush attachment fell apart. Having trouble ordering another one to try.

Easy to use right out of the box. Worth the investment to get a fine flow of pigmented wax onto my encaustic works. Have only used the pen tip so far.

Loved the product, loved that it was in before the expected date and all was as expected.
