I have tried various chocolate flavorings for cookies and never found anything that tasted remotely like chocolate. Enter Flavor Essence's wonderful Chocolate Flavoring! I can't cook any more, but I get my care aide to mix me an aloe juice drink with cashew milk. Just a few drops is enough! [See my review of the Blueberry flavor for my recipe]. Well, I ran out of milk. I could've sent my aide to get some, but it was Sunday and I don't like to make people work on the Sabbath. But, I had apple juice with pulp. This stuff tastes just as good in apple juice! The aroma will draw you closer and the taste will keep you sipping! Wonderful chocolate!! Flavor Essence, I love the Chocolate and think it would taste wonderful in cookies! Thanks for such a terrific product. And, zero calories! I will definitely buy again!

I love these products! So far I’ve tried chocolate, blueberry and bananas foster. Each very delicious in coffee and so helpful while living a low carb/keto lifestyle. The favors are amazing- without any artificial taste. Most recently attempted mixing a diet creme soda with some drops of chocolate and heavy cream!The flavors come with instructions for use and within the instructions they encourage communication with the company ! It’s obvious this company cares deeply about its product and customer service!

It smells like chocolate and taste fairly good. I put this in my royal icing for my chocolate cookies hoping to up the flavor. At first, it tastes pretty good and on the cookie I believe it is fine. However, after about 1 week, I tasted just the icing that I had left over and that was a mistake. It had a very chemical taste.

Enjoying this product greatly. I use this flavor for a hint of chocolate in coffee, yogurt, and milk. It works great and leaves no chemical aftertaste like other products.

Came early. But the flavor in coffee is kinda of "eh." I bought it specifically for coffee. It could just be the coffee brand in the office that makes it taste "eh." It's starbucks brand.I did add it to cupcakes I baked along with the caramel creme and it was immaculate. Full disclosure, the ratio with the caramel crerme flavor to chocolate was 5:1.

I like it a lot but I LOVE the DARK CHOCOLATE even more!!! Yum!

This is a great chocolate flavor essence! Smells wonderful and really does enhance your chocolate flavor! I add it to my BPC along with chocolate stevia syrup and it is delicious!! NO bad aftertaste.

Love Flavor Essence! All of their flavors smell and taste delicious, I use them mainly in my shakes to bring a little more flavor to them. I currently have creme brûlée, dark chocolate, chocolate, French vanilla and pumpkin spice! You only need a few drops of you are using this for a personal drink like coffee or protein shakes.The customer service is also out of this world! The creator is truly dedicated to making the best product they can and it is hands done one of the best! All my questions were answered and I will buy from again when my flavor is used up. :)
