GoFitProBall Stability Ball – Printed Exercise Ball for Yoga, Workout, Balance - Silver 75cm,GF-75PRO

I purchased this ball to replace a different one that I had less luck with. I was hoping that the "commercial grade" would yield better quality results. Here are my initial impressions. If things change over the next few weeks, I'll be sure to leave an update.ContentThe ball came with a useful starter booklet describing basic exercises (that are also printed around the center of the ball), a DVD that I have not looked at yet, two plugs, a plug removing tool, a premarked tape measure with holes for the pump, a pump, and extra nozzle for the pump, and the ball. Definitely a superior initial impression over the other ball I received.Initial Quality ImpressionThe ball felt heavier than the other one I had received, which was also rated for 2000 lbs, and didn't smell particularly bad. Indeed, pumping did seem more cumbersome. Others have reported that the included pump is cheap and fairly worthless. I never even tried it as it was identical to the lousy pump I had received with another product, but instead used the handy-dandy included nozzle that fit nicely into a bicycle pump.The instructions said to pump the ball up over 2 days, half the first day, then let it settle for 10-12 hours before finishing the job. I followed the instructions with some disappointment in not being able to put the ball to immediate use. After pumping the ball fully using the handy included tape measure, I found that it was a bit softer than the other 75 cm ball I had, despite the extra effort it took to actually inflate the thing. However, it is not soft to the point of sagging, and can definitely be used as is. Note that I am not any kind of an expert on these things and it may be that it is supposed to be a little soft. I am simply comparing it to a previous product I had.The pin remover worked well.Overall, my initial impressions are very positive. I considered giving it four starts instead of five due to the lousy pump and the slightly soft feeling, but I think the extras that came with the ball more than made up for that.**UPDATE**I've had it for 20 days now and it has not lost any air. It's still a bit soft, but I think that's actually okay.The DVD included is actually quite helpful. Includes both basic and advanced exercises. I would definitely recommend this product.**UPDATE 1 YEAR LATER**I'm amazed. The ball is still in good shape. While I no longer use it every day, this is definitely a solid product. It continues to hold its shape and has lost very little air. I would strongly recommend this product.

My wife and I share this account.I just received two of these today. I had been talking to a coworker about the chair option to go with a stability ball for working at the office. I sit for most of the day (about 6 hours w/some walking around the office time, bathroom breaks, phone breaks, etc.) and I wanted to ensure that my posture was squared away. I think I tend to lean in the seat quite a bit, especially when tired. I know I slouch from time to time. Well, I am currently using one of the two balls at home right this minute and it feels pretty good. It seems like it is made out of quality material and it is large enough for me to use at my home desk without a problem. I am 6'2" tall and I weigh about 215 right now. I actually had to let some of the air out of the ball as I had blown it up too much and my knees were not at 90 degrees or less, but were slightly wider and I had to use my toes to stabilize my position. After a quick air release adjustment, no problems. I haven't sat on it for any significant length of time as of yet, but I don't think my backside will be too bothered. I am feeling some discomfort in my middle back area, but I am assuming that is because I am not used to having to stabilize my torso without back support. I suppose you could lose calories with these things, but I will have to research that to figure it out. With the short time I have been on this ball, I can say that it is well built, good for my size, and looks like the picture. I would prefer a black ball or another color, but grey will have to do for now. Maybe I'll pick up another one from somewhere else that offers a different color. Grey isn't bad, I just prefer black. If nothing else, my kids love it. My oldest wants to use it for exercise and my youngest (4 yrs old) wants to play on it and has been asking to do it since she laid eyes on it. I did a few crunches on it while watching the news tonight. Sometimes I do pushups at work, with the ball that I plan to take to work I have several more exercise options that I can go through at my desk without too much prep time. Mainly I will just stick to pushups and maybe crunches, but those I can vary a bit with the ball and positioning of hands on the floor. I will come back and post an update after I have used the ball for a while and see how it goes. As of right now things are looking pretty sweet.

Hatte zuvor schon andere Gymnastikbälle bestellt und wieder zurücksenden müssen, aber dieser ist wirklich super.Er hat (im Gegensatz zu manch anderen Produkten) wirklich die angebene Größe.Die Pumpe sieht nicht hochwertig aus, funktioniert aber einwandfrei. Er verliert bisher keine Luft. Das Material ist angenehm und eher fest (also nicht so weich/rutschig/schmierig und staubfangend wie manch andere Produkte). Bin dementsprechend sehr zufrieden :)

Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Tut was er soll und ging prima mit dem gelieferten Pumpen +Aufsatz Set aufzupumpen. Haben ihn jetzt über einen Monat und er verliert keine Luft und er wird fast täglich zum Baby bespaßen genutzt
