Foodie Flavours Plum Natural Flavouring, High Strength - 15ml

I buy these and mix them with sparkling water. After a few months I have quite the collection that I can mix and match (coconut + pineapple, peach + plum etc etc)Also great to pimp up your protein shakes.

The media could not be loaded. These flavours have mixed well into everything I've tried so far (water, milk, butter, chocolate). Video shows it in water.Butter doesn't mix quite as well but still well enough to use.It doesn't taste like plum to me, but after accepting that it is kinda nice. The flavour reminds me a bit of fruity mouthwash. Or maybe like a dandelion and burdock candy floss. Not very natural tasting. I would probably still use it for the same sorts of things I would a good plum flavouring I guess. I wouldn't try to call it plum though.I would still be open to trying more of these flavourings. They're a pretty decent price and work well. So far the flavours haven't been up to my expectations or hopes, but it's a gamble I could still be willing to take especially with liquid friendly flavourings something being rather hard to find.Some flavours would probably be a safer bet than others.I would avoid them if you have your heart set on a very specific or natural flavour. But if you're more happy to see what you end up with they could be worth a try. And to be fair so far I've not found any flavouring brands that actually taste like what they say they do. So it's not uniquely bad.

This was expensive and did not provide much flavour. Very disappointed.

It’s a good quality product, but doesn’t even smell of plum. It’s smells more like bubblegum.
