Surprised and impressed
I bought the seat for my elderly relative who needed something softer. I bought the round version. The product is basic but adequate. The hardware came with it. The hardware is plastic but good quality. Once I removed the old seat, installation took no more than four minutes or so. Itโs working well.

Worst toilet seat ever. I would have returned it, but my husband put it on the toilet already. It doesnโt close correctly. When you try to left the top, the toilet seat comes up with it. HORRIBLE. Iโm so mad.

Toilet seat was soft but a little small would have liked to had a bigger size but will work. Better than what I had on there it was broke.

Very expensive in the long run
I went cheap and I bought their cheaper model. It does look cheap, but it works. It doesnโt have that system to easily remove the entire toilet seat to clean the toilet bowl. If you wanna take the toilet seat off, you have to use a screwdriver to unscrew The fastener. But for the money, I save I guess itโs OK. Itโs a good buy. However I have bought over ten of these over the years and they all ended up with cracked vinyl. I think they are a waste of money but the wife likes them. So Iโll just go on replacing them to keep her happy. Hmmm! Thatโs almost $300.
