This review is for the "SUABO Face Scarf Neck Gaiter Headwraps Headband Bandana for Women Men" with the colorful cartoon chicken pattern on a baby blue background, which I thought was cute. In short, a little disappointing. I wouldn't recommend unless you love the pattern.In long, number one potential deal breaker for any interested buyers might be the rim stitching. Up and down the long side of the bandana there is no stitching and it is continuous. This is fantastic for comfort and durability. But, the rims have a really basic stitch to protect the edge and stop it from fraying. I believe me and my sewing machine have achieved nearly identical results making diy bandanas. I, at least, try to fold over the edge before adding the stitch, to reinforce the rim. Anyway, straight out of the bag the stitch has small loose threads. See attached pictures. It does not inspire a lot of confidence of how long it will last until it starts unraveling, but at least it is super simple to repair if you have a sewing machine, and since the bandana is so long, you have plenty of cloth to work with.Number two deal breaker is probably that the pattern, and the bandana as a whole, seems to have been stretched vertically. All the cartoon chickens are weirdly tall and thin from the .jpegs having been stretched up. It does not look like the product pictures. If you stretch the gaiter during wear, the chickens have more normal proportions, which may have been the idea? I suppose over time as the gaiter gets stretched out and baggy, the chickens will come to look more normal.As mentioned before, the bandana itself is long and narrow. I measured immediately after receiving and before any use, about 8x18 inches when laid flat as a rectangle, unstretched. Who has a head that is 18 inches tall??On the plus, the material itself is light and feels soft, but not too fuzzy to be worn over the nose or mouth. Nobody likes inhaling little fuzzies. It is thin enough that you can ever so slightly see your hand through the baby blue part of the pattern, which again, isn't necessarily a bad thing if you want a summer gaiter and/or want to be able to breathe through it when worn over the nose. It has some stretch. I was comfortable with stretching it to +1/3 of its normal width, and when relaxed it mostly returned to its original shape and size, but not completely. I also have doubts about how much it will stretch to accommodate those with particularly large heads without tearing. Luckily, my head is smaller than average for an adult.Also, there is no clothing tag, which is good and bad. Bad if you are trying to remember if it needs to go in the cold wash or warm, etc.. Good for comfort, since those tags can be itchy.Overall, I paid $15.65 for this, and I've spent $6.50 (on an admittedly great sale) on a superior neck gaiter made by L.L. Bean. And even the fantastic staple Buff brand neck gaiter you see everywhere in stores is normally just around $22. But to be fair, those had more boring patterns.

In this crazy age of the coronavirus, masks, and social distancing, I didn't want to just go the route of surgical masks. This serves the purpose. I love the color and design, but for the price, you might be disappointed. It's a simple piece of cloth, sewn into a tube or sleeve design. There's nothing fancy about it, beyond the design, actually. Even a novice seamstress could make one.
