Adjustable Six Pack Care Abdominal Workout Training AB Exercise Fitness Gym Machine

The machine has worked greatly and i does that some room but not much. Light enough to move around the living room workout room and easy to adjust.

Works perfect for me, the resistance on the springs is Ok for now,but I know that I will need to buy more,I wonder if they sell the springs by themselves,I would be interested in buying the ones that just hook up easy on and off,thank you for a great product.

God I wish I have red the reviews first, big mistake. the package was delivered in a poor condition, too many wholes and completely destroyed and power packing. When I checked the box, it made noise like broken glasses. the outside box was bad as the inside box.all the cheap plastic wraps were turn and the small pieces were all over the box. No instructions on how to put it together, because a few pieces don't fit, and the main frame is scratched and rusted. The seat was stabled together with paper stables and is not in good condition.Made in China, nothing fits and small pieces breaks easy. The part where you put your back on the frame is not straight at all. my sister tells me to sit up straight. there is 2 small pieces that fell of the main frame and I couldn't find where it belongs. It took me 4 hours to figure it out by using a hammer and screw driver. My advice is go to the GYM. Not recommended.

The item is defective , the Sponges in the back is not available in the box

I was very unhappy with this purchase, however, I am using! The box was pretty banged up when it arrived, it had a big hole in the bottom of the box with loose parts inside. My husband went ahead and put it together with the instructions provided which were terrrible. They were very small and no diagrams so, it's really not put together right b/c it's not very sturdy, and the pads keep falling off. Really not sure if parts fell out of the hole or not and since there was nothing telling what was supposed to be in there, there was no way of knowing. Just not very happy with!! Should have sent it back but it's but it's way too much trouble!!! I will really have to think about it though before I order anything else like this in the future.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT,BETTER THEN GOING TO THE GYM AND PAY HUGE FEES. GOT IT A DAY EARLY (shipping) AND ALREADY USING IT(AB EXERCISES) .
