What’s the material?

It feel like a Jersey material and very soft. This hasn’t bothered my dogs spay site at all

I just bought this item and see only four snaps in back -two on each side of the tail. Where are the socket snaps they attach to on the other side?

The 4 on the underneath are laid out to be used for 2 different length sizes. The attachment for 2 snaps are located on the underneath of the garment at the low back/ top of tail. I hope I understand your question correctly
