the seat is fine but the one we got doesn't match the one ...
the seat is fine but the one we got doesn't match the one in the instructions and the bottom bracket is too long . my top brackets are round doesn't match the instructions at all . ifollowed instructions and the three bottom holes did'nt match the bracket causing me to drill 3 new holes it doesn't lock into the up position due to having wrong bracket but seems to stay up for now. if I hadn't of had all these holes in the wall I would have sent it back I will never order from this company again.

Highly Recommend this Shower Seat!
We installed it in our shower and it works great. It is nice looking and folds when not in use allowing more room in the shower space.
