We've only used the Marinade Injector kit once, using one of the marinades from the e-book . It was a little awkward at first since we never used an injector kit before, but we know that it will be less awkward each time we use it. We will be using it often because of the flavor and taste it added to the pork roast we grilled. Your kit has become a learning tool for us about using marinades, introducing flavors, and having fun doing it! We can't wait to try it on different types and cuts of meat. I bought this set as a birthday present and rhey loved it!! They loved that it came with 3easy to change needles for different types of marinades..they especially love the 3 hole needle because unlike other products this actually allows all the chuncky seasonings to get through,with other products they usually get stuck but with this product it didnt.

Excellent Turkey Injector.
Excellent Turkey Injector. I was able to inject Melted butter into my cooking turkey's Breast. It tasted amazing! This is a Stainless Steel Injector, High quality Chef Kitchen Type Injector. Easy to clean Too!

GREAT!! NO RECIPE GUIDE THOUGH
This unit is very good. It is very sturdy and will not give way to thicker marinades. This is a professional piece of equipment. The only issue that I have is that they include a recipe guide with the unit. The only problem is that you have to register for it on their website. They tell you that they will confirm your registration and then send you a link to the recipe guide. No email ever comes. I tried it several times with multiple emails. No go (not in Spam either).

Works great - but strain your marinade first!
Works great, well made. I wish it a had larger opening going into the needle as it clogs with spices easily. I have to strain my marinade before loading the injector. Otherwise a great product!
