Durable, pliable, and keeps cold for a long time
I've been using this cold compress for more than 18 months. I find myself reaching for this one over my other brands and sizes when I have low back issues. Perfect size for the area. Pleasant material though I use it above my t-shirt. Keeps cold for probably the longest time among all of my cold packs yet pliable so I feel comfortable wiggling around a bit on my exercise mat as I lay on my back with this compress under my lumbar area. Zero leaks and doesn't absorb food smells in the freezer. Excellent.

Good alternate to name brand.
Bought this one to replace the name brand one I have which had started to leak. Wanted something a little larger and not as expensive. This product fit the bill. Maybe does not get quit as cold in the freezer as the name brand, but good enough considering the price point. Item is new, so I can’t comment on the durability. If it lasts a reasonable amount of time, would definitely buy again.

Nice icepack
I had another pack similar to this that started leaking. This is a different brand but works nicely. The only reason I gave a 4 instead of a 5 is because I wish it was longer so it could go all around including the back of my knee.

Too thin for hip pain
It is flexible and stays cold for 30 minutes. I purchased this for hip pain and found it too thin. I also purchased one with three sections and it works much better for me. This one would be perfect for a smaller area.

surface cold doesn’t shock you. but its cold, and comfortable. its the most gentle ice pack ever, had it for a few months, still durable. good price, 5/5.

Great product works as advertised. Just the right size so it is easy to move around if needed.Stays very cold for about 30 min. Takes about 12 hours to re-freeze..
