Perfect fit for custom seat
I own/ride a Triumph Bobber with a custom made seat, which is a metal pan, a thin layer of foam, and heavy leather cover - all stitched together. The seat is for looks, and only gives about a 30 minute or so ride before becoming uncomfortable. I ride the Triumph to work most every day, and there are several constructions zones with rough, choppy road. I should mention that even though the bike is a mono-shock soft-tail, it only gives about 1.5" of travel. This is way better than a hard-tail, but gives it some hard-tail character on choppy roads. I have been able to take the bike to work under these conditions because I owned a 1st Gen AirHawk from about 12 years ago. It worked fine, but a seam separated recently rending the pad useless. I purchased the AirHawk Cruiser-R small, which is a perfect fit with no overhang. Only a small puff of air is required to provide the most comfortable cushioning. I can now get an hour or two with no problems. I do believe the AirHawk R-small could be a few bucks less - say $75 and would wipe out the competition. Still, it's a decent enough product. I may purchase cheaper foam cushion and compare.

FJR 1300
This is not a long term review, butt (pun intended) on the couple hundred miles that I have used it. It has been great. The key is to get the inflation just right. Not to much, not to little. I have an FJR 1300 I used the 11x11 Cruiser. Fits great. Sorry picture is not a close up. But you get the idea. Definitely makes the seat more comfortable.

Makes riding so much more comfortable.
I spent over $1,000 on a custom motorcycle seat, and no matter what I did, I was not comfortable on this expensive seat, so I bought the air hawk, and it made a world of difference. Not I’m so much more comfortable. I can ride longer and with more comfort. I wish I saved money on the custom seat, and just went with the air hawk. I have a chopper, so I got the small, and it works perfectly.

Not sure if it worked as advertised (no increase in long trip comfort)
This product is not with what they ask. Did it help? Maybe. A little? It's really hard to say. Followed instructions and honestly after about 3 hours, maybe 4, I felt like it just wasn't helping anymore and holding up to its promise. Took it for an 11 hour ride (turned 16 due to frequent stops) to PA. On the way home I took it off and did not use it and I started to lose comfort after about 6-7 hours. With that said, I would recommend the product as maybe I have a weird butt, but imo it's very expensive and there are cheaper options that I can't imagine are much different as far as how they work and are made. Hope this was helpful. I'm thinking it might not be the sure fire answer you were looking for.

and it really does make the seat comfortable for long tours
I have used this for one season, and it really does make the seat comfortable for long tours. It's a terrific improvement over the stock bench seat. It's primarily for long tours, as the cushion's "disconnected" feeling isn't good for short rides or spirited riding. It removes your connection from the bike, which is a detriment for sporting rides, but a benefit for long tours. Use only a minimum of air. Note that I had an earlier version, the non-R version without the center channel. This did not work for me, as it crowed my genitals. This version, the R, has a channel down the center that makes all the difference. It lives up to the claims.

Great for not getting a PitA
Fits the driver's seat of my motorcycle just fine, easy to install and use. Functions like it should, even after more than 2 years of use.
