For the experiment I did it worked great ! It makes crazy explosive foliage growth but with all good there’s a bad there’s no red light to stimulate root growth or much stem growth so I only use it after a seedling has developed for a couple weeks and I only use it for 2-3 weeks to boost growth before they go to normal full spectrum lighting , but to much will make some funky mutations . In my case it worked out great and I’ve integrated them into my arsenal of tricks permanently. It’s worth a try and figure out your own method to benefit you . Or they’re great as extra supplemental blue light added to your normal ones .

Like: They are strong lights and will make things grow!Dislike: They are TOO strong to put them less than a foot above the plants!I raise amaryllis, and had them outdoors for a couple of months this summer and brought them inside when the evening temperature got below 50°.Then I ordered these lamps and put them down pretty close to the plants. Too close! Some of the leaves were just under 6" from the bulbs, and it only took about 4 or 5 days to notice the leaves were dying. But, overall, I really like these bulbs and recommend them highly.

Unlike some other LED lights, these are actually blue LEDs with a heavy coating of orange-red phosphor.As such, some green is produced and some blue leaks through. Not much, but it is there.Probably works great for most uses but is unsuitable for applications which require NO green and blue such as darkrooms. If you require red and only red, make sure you are getting actual red LEDs and not phosphor-converted blue.

Have gone through a lot of led grow bulbs- but these open ended diodes are very durable and not going to melt out :) these bulbs are great side lighting - very great growth

These work for all types of plants. I have 2 on a light bar with 2 others of different brand for total of 4lights. My tent is 4x5 ft. And I get full coverage over the whole tent. Lights seem to be working as advertised. I would recommend these and will purchase again.

Light's have, a couple second delay, when they are turned on. They really do help, get my small starts growing faster. Box arrived "stating on the outside," what was inside. In fairly small print, but noticable. I had previously, ordered simiar ones, that didn't. But incase it is a gift, beware of that! Happy with purchase! Price could have been just a few dollars cheaper, in my personal opinion. I would not let any kids handle them! They do get very warm on the outside & have somewhat sharp edges. Works Great!!

Challenging broad bulb and short length to screw in base so that it doesn't fit many fixtures.LEDs are exposed.Light is a nice color but not especially bright.I like the color but wouldn't buy again.

I got this for red light therapy. I haven’t used it long but I’m already seeing some small improvements with my blemishes and small wrinkles.I really appreciate the pricing here. Because red light therapy is trendy, a bunch of companies are taking advantage of that and pricing red lights at ridiculous prices. I got two here for cheaper than one light elsewhere.Don’t fall for the over priced hype of other brands. This light is within the appropriate nm range and should work just as well as a light marketed for RL therapy.
