Bai Sha Lu green tea is one of the most famous steamed green tea of Hai Nan island, located in the South China Sea. The birth place of this chopped green tea is named Wu Zhi Shan (which means five fingers mountain). Bai Sha Lu green tea is made from very tender buds and leaves, and is unlike other green tea steamed, after steaming the tea is bred to keep it well. The tea has a matt light green/grey color and has a natural “tea sugar” on the surface. The dry leaves give a fresh nutty and sweet smell. The texture is a tad cloudy by steaming, thick, smooth, and pure. PLACE OF ORIGIN: Bai Sha Lu green tea is cultivated on the island of Hai Nan. PREPARATION: for best infusion results, water at around 75°C should be used to brew the tea leaves. Although it is common practice nowadays to steep green tea in porcelain or glassware, the real taste profile of a finer Bai Sha Lu is achieved only by using a genuine, slightly porous, Fixing clay teapot, which since the beginning, was popular exactly for preparing green tea well. The media could not be loaded. I bought this tea bc I was looking for a good quality green tea from China called ‘Bai Sha’ for its medicinal properties. Dissatisfied bc it arrived and it was expired

Easy instructions
It makes a lovely cup of tea. I have one or two cups a day and find it refreshing. I haven't tried it as a latte yet!!!
