Connects and disconnects constantly / Does not charge
Very dissapointed, does not charge. It's constantly connecting then disconnecting until it eventually stay disconnected. **Update** Customer service reached out to me and issued a full refund after seeing my review. I’m very surprised by their customer service! Thank you very much!!

Use computer s/n when ordering
Found out the hard way that HP uses different diameter charging ports even within same model. This one was ordered to fit my laptop identified by serial number and fit perfectly.

Item seems to work as expected. The delivery time was good, and the cost was certainly reasonable.

Product stopped working
I had this product for three months. It worked fine during that period, but then it suddenly stopped charging. I checked the outlet to make sure it had power. It did. I checked another cord to see if the laptop was malfunctioning, but that cord worked fine. Very disappointing.

Failed in just under 6 Months BUT EXCELLENT SERVICE
This fit our new HP Laptop after the original OEM power cord went missing. It lasted 5.5 months and no longer charged our laptop. UPDATE: Changing my star rating up to 3 for excellent customer service. I was refunded my entire purchase price within days of my charger failing. Products have issues, all of them. It's how a company supports you after the sale that makes a difference. Excellent service. Thank you.
