The School of the Seers Expanded Edition: A Practical Guide on How to See in the Unseen Realm

I liked the book. I guess we all want to know the unknown. One warning though: I started following the author on youtube, and I came across a video where the author was advocating some weird teaching about Jesus not coming to earth anymore. If any of you know, there is this teaching going around that Jesus has already came for the second time (we just don't know about it for some weird reason). One of my relatives started believing that and fell into the old bondages, alcoholism, and drew away from God. So, I would research what this author really believes now and take his books with caution. I did not find anything weird though about seeing in the spirit, so have nothing against this particular book. One thing that I do not have a clear understanding about yet.

This book is awesome and He has the gift of impartation and you will get an impartation but if you don't want that don't read it lol cause you don't know what depth you getting it. Believe me but I wanted it so it is awesome.

This is an easy to follow guidebook with exercises to help develop the various stages of being a "seer." If this is one of the gifts you receive from the Holy Spirit, it helps to understand that the gift is, as well as how to further develop it. Even if this isn't one of your gifts, it helps to explain about prophetic visions, and the spirit discernment, and many other things. I highly recommend it!

Love this book for it's biblical based, foundational teaching of the gift of discerning of spirits. There is so much info out there that is under the category of Christianity, that should be labeled New Age. Nice to find info based on the Word of God. As the book states, todays churches do not really understand this gift, nor do they teach on it. I have a teenage son who has been seeing in the spirit realm since he was small. Since the church does not really teach on this topic I have turned to books to help him. This is one of the few books I have found so far that I feel is spiritually safe for him to read that will not lead him to New Age style teachings. I pray that more of God's true children will awaken to the call and teach the Word of God as it should be taught.

Wow, just wow!! Thank you for writing this book! The way you have written this book reveals so much, that it just makes you hunger more for the word of God! You awaken a passion inside of us that many of us need, and forget because we fail to prioritize our time, and who we are in Christ.

Loved this book. Filled with so much wisdom and first-hand knowledge. It was a definite delightful, informative God inspired look into the spirit-filled life of Seers. I was totally enthralled from beginning to end. The R.I.A. Exercises were so inspiring because they worked and I have journaled using the technique. This book answered a lot of questions about my gift and I know The Lord directed me to purchase and read.I will read over, over, and over again!

I loved this book not just because the chapters were short and to the point, but that there was an activation exercise at the end of each chapter. Even though this book's title mentions the School of Seers it ican be for all Christians. The book is more geared towards Seers, but the activation exercises are good for anyone to do. Some are simple prayers to become more intimate with God. Others could be asking God for a revelation, then an interpretaion of the revelation, and finally an application of the revelation. The purpose of the book is to get us closer to or connect better with God.

We often come into the area of Spiritual gifts with some ideas that are not actually what the Word says. Understanding some of our conceptual biases helps greatly to overcome the hurdles we often place in front of ourselves.

The Bible reflects a world in which angelic, demonic and other spiritual realities affect our physical world. This book claims that a gift of seeing realities in this 'spiritual world', both 'directly' (e.g. seeing angels, or the Holy Spirit seen as water or fire) and somehow symbolically (e.g. seeing words written on angels or people) may be sought and received from God. Faith is important for receiving and operating this gift. The book takes the view that faith can be increased through disciplines such as prayer and fasting. Each chapter concludes with practical exercises for the believer to undertake for the fruitful pursuit of this gift of seeing into the spiritual realm. Overall there is a fair measure of content in the book. It moves swiftly with straightforward examples and explanations and so can be read very quickly. The popular format gives a large amount of space given to larger print, subtitles and layout. I had hoped for much more content in a book at this price and of this number of pages. Often a chapter or subsection works with a single anecdotal example or scripture verse; much fuller explanation and reflection would be welcome.

Very much enjoyed this book - i read books as an experience - as i rarely remember too much of what i read!!! I do not like the title much, think it lets the book down - a few non-christian friends asked whether it was an occult book!!! There was a couple of concepts I were uneasy with, but that's good - shows i were not reading the book blindly I suppose. Anyone with obvious gift for prophecy, or seeking to develop the gift should read this book.

I had bought this book because of 'seeing' various scenarios over several years and wondered if there was any practical teaching on what you do with what you 'see'. I am still processing and at the end of each chapter there is practical instructions which I haven't yet put all into practice. I wanted something which would be for a beginner who really had no idea and in that respect it is very helpful.

Wonderful book! I could not put this book down, it was everything and more that I was looking for! It explained the difference between a "Seer" and a "Prophet" and I found it very helpful indeed. It also arrived swiftly.

Great book - Still reading as I keep going over passages as it's just so wonderful to know how easy it is to find God in this trouble world. If you want to know God, hear from God, feel God and get to know Him this book is for you. But don't take my word for it - take your own word for it!
