In addition to BRM Sorghum flour, this rice flour is an amazing addition to add to your sourdough starter! I usually order when I am in a pinch and can't reasonably make it to the grocery store on time, and it never disappoints.

I'm not a professional reviewer.I really like Bob's products. I use the sorghum flour mixed with Bob's pancake mix all the time. Good stuff.When I saw the sorghum flour was now shipping 24-ounce packages, I order that. The price and size was shown on the page as 1.5-pounds of flour. However, Amazon shipped the 22-ounce packages instead. Bad Amazon.I complained (to the computer), and Amazon made it right for this order. Good Amazon.The product photos and the sales descriptions don't match, and you should watch what you actually receive. Don't complain here; complain to Amazon. They'll fix the problem, and hopefully correct it.

Makes the pancakes

Not having used sorghum before and relying on reviews for making a decision I was glad I did buy this flour. It works very well in baking my cookies and crackers I'm recommending this to anyone who my have reservations using it. Somewhat pricey though.
