Bob's Red Mill Sorghum Flour, 22oz (Pack of 4) - Whole Grain, Vegan, Kosher

Not having used sorghum before and relying on reviews for making a decision I was glad I did buy this flour. It works very well in baking my cookies and crackers I'm recommending this to anyone who my have reservations using it. Somewhat pricey though.

Great gluten free alternative. I use it with a combination of other flours to make bread products.

I'm not a professional reviewer.I really like Bob's products. I use the sorghum flour mixed with Bob's pancake mix all the time. Good stuff.When I saw the sorghum flour was now shipping 24-ounce packages, I order that. The price and size was shown on the page as 1.5-pounds of flour. However, Amazon shipped the 22-ounce packages instead. Bad Amazon.I complained (to the computer), and Amazon made it right for this order. Good Amazon.The product photos and the sales descriptions don't match, and you should watch what you actually receive. Don't complain here; complain to Amazon. They'll fix the problem, and hopefully correct it.

First time buying sorghum flour, and Bob's Red Mill delivered quality once again. Really appreciate the consistency of their products and their company values.
