the download process need a little help, however the software is great

I'm sorry, but I'm not computer savvy so it took me a while to figure out how to download and add a game using Steam. Once I figured it out, I thought I was going to be able to finally use the product I purchased and then I got a pop-up window asking for a license key. Where the heck do I find the license key??? I see a Product Code in the e-mail I received and an Order # on Amazon but neither of those work.

My family is very disappointed in this product. It is difficult to install, even on a brand new laptop. It requires the installation of another program called "Steam" and the creation of an account through Steam. And then it requires an outdated version of Quicktime. I had to contact product support just to install the programs. When starting up Mavis Beacon, your computer will make you log into Steam first. Despite purchasing the "Family Edition" of Mavis Beacon, my children cannot use the program at the same time on two different laptops. This defeats the purpose of "family edition", which implies I was paying for three distinct software licenses. This is very deceptive advertising.Finally, my children actually hate the using the program, although they reluctantly admit their typing skills are improving. Overall, an extremely frustrating experience.

This version is old. Broderbund has since released a new version that's much better.

This product doesn't have typing games & it doesn't allow you to just type passages like a previous product that I had brought before. However, my laptop died that I had brought the previous Mavis Beacon typing download on, soI brought this one. However, it's nothing like the one I had. Therefore, I want a refund; I'm completely dissatisfied & disappointed!

I don’t like that you need a steam account to use. It says you can use in up to 3 computers but the program can’t be used independently on the computers. Big let down. Also the program is not interesting.

Didn't use the product because you have to download Steam App in order to download and use it. We don't want the gaming app on our computers, just the typing app.

It is impossible to upload this program to Steam. Instructions don’t match any on the website. Absolutely frustrated with Amazon what a horrible way to to have software installed do not buy
