Elleven E12933113300 Wheeled TSA Checkpoint-Friendly 17" Laptop/MacBook Pro Backpack

A great bag with lots of handy compartments.. It is advertised as fitting a 17" laptop, and it does.. just barely, if you don't pack the bag too full. The protective sleeve that comes with it isn't big enough for the big laptop. Someday I will find this exact same bag with the computer pocket in the back. I wish I could just slide it in from the top without having to open the whole main compartment. I accidentally didn't strap my computer in with the Velcro tab one time, and when the bag opened, the computer landed on the floor.

Outside Product dimensions are way off. It is 15 inches wide and 20 inches tall. I had to hack 3 inches off the telescoping handle and remove the bottom stand and cut the inside and move the wheels together by 2 inches. This all can be done if you are handy. I needed this unit to fit under airline seats. The inside needs another large pocket when unfolding the unit for TSA inspection or else all your stuff will fall out. You are better off taking your laptop out of the bag. I recommend finding another lower cost unit to modify cause at this price the last thing you want to do is hack it up. I'll be trying this out and hopefully it will work.

I liked everything about this back at first. Then after 3 weeks of travel, the zipper for the lap top compartment broke.Several "teeth" were gone at the top right corner of the pack as you are looking at the front of it. This means that the whole right side is open and exposed. Anything can fall out or someone can reach in and take something. I started using a bungee cord around the whole pack to keep the right side closed. I don't really thing I have too much in the pack.(No more than i had with my Samson the past 3 years), but maybe I over packed it??I did buy this earlier this year and am just now complaining about it.I really do like the pack for all its features. I just wish I could add 1" - 2 " of depth to the pack or that it could be expandable.I went back to my old pack. It seems to able to withstand the rigors of travel.

The bag lasted two trips before the strap broke. It's really not a bad bag - as I like the features it has. I would have rated it a five star had this not happened. I guess I expected it to had up longer than this (considering the price) before I was dealing with these kind of issues. :-(

This rolling backpack is great, not sure if there is any warranty on it, as I can't find anything about the manufacturer. Eleven is a company that sells promotional products, but not the manufacturer, and I was unable to find anything about them. However, the backpack is well thought out, has lots of space and pockets, exactly what I was looking for.

This is an awesome wheeled backpack - lots of exterior pockets of different size and plenty of room for my other items in the main compartment along with my 17" laptop. Heads and shoulders above a different wheeled bag I bought and had to return.

Totally worth it. The zipper broke and they replaced it immediately! Still using it two years later!
