Ross-Simons responded to my email within hours and arranged to have the bracelet returned to them and repaired at no charge. The perfectly repaired bracelet was returned to my mother in less than 2 weeks. Its rare to have such great customer service and I will keep this company on my "Favorite Sellers" list for all gift giving occasions.

Bought this for my GF for our 3 year anniversary and it snapped! Then we got a refund and we decided to get another and it broke again! These are poorly made and break easily, customer service is great but that's about it

I liked the brackets but it broke a month after I bought it. In order to fix it cost $50
