The coffee is very good. I have ordered it many times through Amazon Unfortunately, the price has more than doubled. I’m not saying it’s Amazon’s fault! I guess I will give up drinking Darboven Idee coffee 🥲

Amazing coffee! They used to have an instant from this company but it is not available now.

I had this coffee at an authentic German restaurant near Fort Knox, Kentucky. I purchased a bag to take home and it has become my favorite! It is very smooth and formulated to be easy on your stomach. I enjoy medium strong coffee without all the acidity. This one is perfect!!

The product is good, but the delivery is too slow and the packaging is terrible.

First the good. This is actually pretty good coffee. It’s like a medium roast and is pretty earthy ( which I like). I like a strong cup so I just use extra coffee to bring up the “boldness”. The bad. Have purchased two bags of this on separate occasions and both were past the “best by” date. The second bag came with a hole poked in it with about a fourth of the coffee missing. Someone used part of a sticky label to cover the hole. Don’t know if that was done at Amazon warehouse or at the coffee vendor. With these problems and at $20 for a 16 oz bag I won’t be buying more.

Lovely rich, smooth coffee that doesn't irritate the tummy. I'm a milky coffee girl but this is so smooth I drink it black. A nice blend, expensive but definitely worth it. The beans are steamed making the coffee less harsh on this stomach. I've had to stop drinking coffee because I get windy with the caffeine. Had t found a decaff I really liked but I had a cup of this on holiday in Majorca. I was so impressed I asked what it was and was delighted to find it on amazon

Ich habe lange nach einem Kaffee gesucht, der möglichst magenfreundlich und nicht zu brachial im Geschmack ist, dessen Geschmack aber trotzdem raffiniert genug ist um nicht langweilig zu sein. Ein schwieriges Unterfangen. Außerdem sollte er möglichst leicht und überall zu beschaffen sein. Nach ewigen Jahren des Suchens, scheine ich diesen Ausnahmekaffee nun endlich gefunden zu haben. Der Geschmack erinnert an Dallmayr Prodomo, allerdings viel milder und angenehmer. Das Aroma ist wirklich gut und geht in die blumige und leicht erdige Richtung. Es sind wirklich keine unangenehmen Bitterstoffe zu bemerken, lediglich eine dezente Säure ist raus zu schmecken, die dem Geschmack aber die gewisse Würze gibt. Dem Magen scheint der Kaffee ebenfalls zu gefallen, er ist wirklich sehr mild. Zum Schluss sei noch erwähnt, dass der Kaffee unfiltriert zubereitet wurde, in einer wieder befüllbaren Kapsel für die Tassimomaschine. Der Kaffee ist so ja relativ pur. Wird er mit Filterpapier zubereitet, ist er eventuell sogar noch milder, aber selbst in meiner Zubereitungsweise ist er sehr verträglich. Wirklich ein fantastisches Stück Kaffeekunst, ich bin begeistert und werde von nun an dabei bleiben.
