The strength or amount per serving is for a 2-capsule serving, not a single capsule. I missed reading the fine print on the label and bought these thinking each bottle of 60 capsules was a 60 day supply when it is only a 30 day supply per bottle of the advertised amount. So, this is a 60 day supply of 2 capsules per day serving.

I used to take the gummy Elderberry and ordered these by mistake. Obviously they don’t taste like those yummy gummies but I like the % in these capsules.
