Horseracing Game Top

I ordered this game for my father for Christmas. When we opened the box we counted only 10 horses in the box when there is supposed to be 11. I was pretty upset at first and decided to post an original review. After a few hours of thinking I decided to go online to Across the Board's website and contact them directly. I came to find out that they are unable to respond to reviews on Amazon and that I most likely would've been unable to receive the missing horse unless I returned the product.However, their customer service is unmatched! They emailed me back within maybe 20 minutes (hopefully if you have this issue you have the same luck) and let me know that they would provide me a missing horse! I really appreciate their customer service, it is unmatched!Review:The game is a ton of fun and any horse gambler will love to play! Great for large groups or small group around the house. I recommend digging out an old poker chip set so you have those to “gamble” with. The craftsmanship is amazing! If you have a family member who loves the races or even someone that enjoys board games, this is one that is great for larger groups. I highly recommend it as a fun game for the entire family. I look forward to breaking it out whenever I visit my parents now!

This is such a fun family game! It’s not only entertaining, but you can heist a few bucks in a good game. Great for families who love a little competition and chaos!!! 10 Out of 10. Very well made. The horses are plastic and the numbers are difficult to put on, otherwise no complaints!

We bought this to play at our family Christmas party. Everyone had a great time from our middle school grandkids, adult children and us as grandparents. Expensive but well made and I expect it to last a long time.

We played this with a group so I ended up gifting one around the holidays. It is super fun. The stickers are a pain to put on and they don't stay on. It'd be nice if the numbers were built onto the horses instead of stickers.

Great entertainment for 6+ people, it's less fun with a smaller group of people when you play.

I bought the dark walnut board and it's really nice. The wood is dense, the stain is nice and the brass hole rings are a nice touch.My only complaint is they cheaped out by making the horses out of cheap green Army men plastic which really takes away from the classy feel of the entire boardset.

The board is very well made from solid wood. No press board here! The holes have grommets so they do not get worn and the horse fall over. Worth every penny!

I purchased one of the games for my son and liked it so much I decided to buy another one for me. Item delivered, pack of cards inside were opened and had been clearly used and no stickers in the box for numbering the horses. It was a very expensive game for not having everything in the box

Fast 4 day delivery from US to U.K. at a very reasonable price through DHL. Well made and good fun . Rule not clear if in the middle of game you cannot afford to pay the penalty cost if you roll dice for a scratched horse . Assume you’re out ! Any easy to play and well crafted board .
