SoftouchSense-ible No-Pull Dog Harness - Black Small

We've been using this harness for 2 years on several different dogs who had bad walking/leash-pulling habits. It works like magic. The 80-pound English Lab who was wrenching my arm out of socket suddenly got great walking-manners the first time I put it on her. Other harnesses are designed like a Husky sled-pulling apparatus: the leash on the back with a chest-strap stimulates rather than curbs the dog's pulling instinct. The Sense-ible harness clasps the leash below the dog's neck, so that when the dog pulls forward the leash automatically tugs sideways. Nothing about it hurts or endangers the dog's neck, unlike chain collars. It just trains the dog to stop pulling! Don't waste your money on anything else. This is the one that works.

Our dog trainer recommended this harness and it vastly improved our walks with our dog. She went from pulling us around to us being rather easily able to correct her back to loose leash walking. It is so much easier to control her now when she gets excited around other dogs and now I can take her out for a walk without sore arms. Love this harness!

This is my second Sensible Harness purchase. I HIGHLY recommend if you have a dog that pulls on walks. Originally recommended for our 90 lb. dog who would pull me on walks, I could not control him. This changed 100% with the use of this harness. This purchase was for our new under-socialized puppy started pulling me on walks. This did the trick and now we can both enjoy our walks!

Our dog is usually a 'medium' for dog coats and sweaters, etc. I expected the small to be too small, but it was actually too big. That really confused me. Also, there was practically *no way* to adjust it so the clip wasn't resting right at her 'armpit' causing her discomfort. Not okay. It did help *some* to deter her pulling, but not enough to put her through the trouble of having a hot-spot created where the clip rested.

It goes on in a second and gives us the control we need when walking our dog. Really helps with training him to walk obediently.

This harness, for our slightly larger than usual Rat Terrier, has worked out great with the exception of it rubbing on the backs of his armpits. There doesn't seem to be any redness or chaffing, but his coat is pretty thinned out there compared to before. He doesn't seem to mind at all though, and I think him and I are willing to accept that small detail to avoid neck and throat injuries caused by normal collars. I no longer feel guilty about yanking at his neck when he tries to chase a squirrel, and I feel safe that he can't slip out of it as well. Recommended!

Easy to put on, great for redirecting your dogs attention towards you if they're distracted by a lot. Of course, you must repeat and reinforce but it's a great tool to help you on walks.

Worked great for my larger (30lb) Shiba Inu that pulls. Definitely read how to fit to your dog to prevent any discomfort to your pet and to make sure the harness works correctly. It was shipped to me in a very expedient manner, as well. I would recommend to any pulling-dog owner!
