Wide rim + wide tire = commuter pleasure.
Impressively ligh, supple, and fast tire. The slight texturing handles exceptionally well through corners and over wet road. This has been part of my own venture into the world of even wider rimmed and tired bikes. The Pari-Moto is mounted on a DT Swiss XM 401 650B rim (27mm outside width, 22.5mm inside width) and measures an accurate 38mm.I'm consistently blown away that this thing seems to roll pretty much as fast as my 700x23 race rig does, but with immense comfort rolling over road imperfections, dropping curbs, and the rest. In many cases, I find myself riding faster simply because I'm not as concerned with darting around small potholes.Tire mounts easily on my wide rim and folds up plenty small to serve as a lightweight spare on tours.Handles urban environments, including areas with loose gravel, a bit of sand on the road, and accidentally rolling over broken beer bottles like a champ. It is pretty thin still, so maybe I got lucky with the beer bottle, but I'm sold so far!

Fast Tire When Combined with a Latex Tube
For my velomobile, I think that it is arguably the best rear tire available for maximum speed. It is light, very supple and it goes well with a 26 x 1.7/2.3 latex tube. I think the wider width would also contributes to reduced rolling resistance. It probably has low puncture resistance because of the thin tread so I wouldn't recommend it as an everyday or training tire.

Light and fast but tread wears very quickly.
The tread wore out after 6 months and I got about 2 flats a day after that. They are nice and light but not for everyday use. I don't recommend purchasing these if you ride your bike more than once a week. The treads are probably too slick for anything that's not compacted, on dirt they skid quite a bit (I tried during a cross adventure). I did love how they were more narrow so they could fit on my 650 B Surly Straggler, but I wish they were more durable.

These are good, light tires
These are good, light tires. They are a little thin but I have put a decent number of miles on them with only two flats that happened during a tour. I'm also running an ultra light Schwalbe tube with Stan's sealant inside. I've had no flats since using the sealant. Putting on lots of city miles at this point.

Five Stars
Fits well on my adapted mountain bike and has held up on the roads well.
