Very potent high quality supplement
Look i'll start out by saying im not a senior or of advanced age, I'm only 31, but my reasoning for selecting this vitamin over the other Pure Encapsulation high quality vitamins was the broad spectrum it hits. I was pulled in by the combination of vitamins/minerals + cognitive (nootropic) blend, the cardio complex was icing on top.

Makes a difference!
I took these on a two week vacation to Europe, as well as using regularly at home. A Dr. in Denver recommended Pure vitamins /minerals years ago. I'm very happy I can now get them on Amazon. I am a healthy 65, not an avid fitness buff, and I walked 7 miles across London during the day, and attended a play that night, and then walked back to the hotel. These help me to have more energy and mental alertness throughout the day and evening. Worth the cost!

COSTLY BUT SAFE FROM ADDITIVES.
I BUY PURE ENCAPSULATIONS PRODUCTS BECAUSE THEY CONTAIN NO UNWANTED ADDITIVES. THEY ARE VERY COSTLY - BUT THEY ARE NOT TOXIC.
