I didn’t notice the other side (which says “blessed”) and the diamantés round the ring clasp. I bought this as a gift and was genuinely really pleased with it. Not “tinny” at all.

This rose gold Family Tree charm is really nice. Stamped with the 925 silver stamp, it arrived in a little velvet pouch with a small cleaning cloth and two silicone stoppers. It looks lovely on the bracelet.

My mum lost her doggo in 2019 and every family holiday that her dog isn't here, I'll buy her a keepsake to remind her of our brin,I recently bought her a pandora charm bracelet and have bought many charms for her, this one was the cheapest, but by far the most valued, it was well packaged and the little heart that attaches to the braclet is full of little Crystal's and it's just a really pretty gift, would definitely recommend, it also came early literally received on Christmas eve x

Bright colours and good quality. Doesn't fit all charm bracelets but lovely charm

Very please with the charm as I’ve just lost my dog

This is a beautiful charm which I ordered following the devastating loss of our puppy, I just wanted something to keep close to me and this fit the bill but unfortunately the part that dangles is not finished properly and within an hour of me putting it on my bracelet it had fallen off, I managed to find it in the house but I'm not sure I will ever wear this out now so there is no point having it. It's not a cheap item, so it's a real shame they couldn't be bothered to solder the ring so it doesnt fall off. Considering returning it as much as I like it, it was a waste of money and i cant recommend it for that reason. Feeling very sad.

This was purchased foe my wife's birthday, 2 months later the ring what holds the paw charm has broken off. It is a very nice product but is very fragile, could have been a 5 star review. Also I cannot find a " message seller" option.Please can someone contact me regarding this matter.Kind regards
