Beautiful book that shoes the colorful culture of native Americans at the breathtaking powwows got a copy for each of my kids teachers for native american heritage month

I don't share my children's Anishinaabe roots but one way we've found to help unite them is powwow. Dancing brings about a peace and joy like no other activity for my little one. Resources to help us understand more about the events have been few and far between and the photos in here are providing great inspiration as we plan future regalia. It's also a great coffee table book for us to share with family and friends who haven't attended powwow but want a glimpse at what goes on. I'm so thankful for this book... it's the resource I couldn't find for so many years!
