Came in a hurry. Packaging was great and the product looks as though it'll last a long, long time. I installed it in about ten minutes and have since used it three time for retrieving a 1700 lb. boat. Flawless.

Bought as a replacement..... it fit very nicely on the boat trailer. We have not used it yet. Boating was limited this year.
