Our hot tub quit heating to the higher temperatures. Our heater was replaced not long ago and after researching it seemed to be a flow issue. We ran this through the system and did a drain and refill. The flow is better and now the heater works. It was super easy to use and now our hot tub is hot and feels clean

Used it this winter to solve a persistent foam problem and it certainly pulled soap scum from the lines. It will bring the oils to the surface that create a heavy scum line. Use a few old rags to remove the new scum line and clean everything well before refilling. I’ll do it again this summer when it’s warm and I can spend more time - works well. Recommended!

This stuff works great in my hot tub. Just pour it in and the water looks great after just a little while. I highly recommend this product

So far this has been a great product. The first few times I used it there was a scum built up around the water line. That is because it was cleaning all the crud out of the jets. The sludge was easily wiped off the walls and after a few applications of this product that stopped happening. My water looks crystal clear and it has been very effective in helping keep the water clean, chemicals more balanced and it has no strong smell. I have still been having some issues with the PH but it is definitely much better than before I started using this product. It is very easy to use and I just need to add about 2.5 Tablespoons to my 500 gallon hot tub. It doesn't cause any foaming and it is an overall great product that has made our spa care much easier. The only downfall is that it is quite pricey, but, in my opinion it is worth the money to reduce the hassle of keeping the water clean. It has also cut back slightly on the cost of all of my other chemicals.

This stuff rules. We bought a brand new hot tub and it it was very foamy despite changing the water twice within the first 2 weeks. Used the weekly treatment once and oh boy there it is. Luckily it all just sticks to the wall at the water line, we used magic erasers to wipe it off and ever since it’s been perfect. The magic eraser is a great hack btw, keep one in the tub so you can wipe off the water line when you get in. You can even let it float around the tub it’s the same thing as those oil collector floaties. Our chemical regimind is floating bromine tabs on low, once a week light shock, once a week Oh yuck, and a little bit of foam reducer. I personally do a 1/3 water change whenever guests come use it as well.

This chemical work just as stated , next morning the water was perfectly clear and balanced.

I have been using this product every quarter to clean my hot tub for several years. It has been packaged well every time with no leakage . The cleaner removes foam and leaves my hot tub clean without any strange smells . It’s a good value for the price.

It cleans really well. So, technically, it does its job. BUT if you have a non-slip/rough-surface hot tub, removing the blue water line stain is difficult.
